Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AestheticFlow platform ("Service") operated by Infolifehub ("AestheticFlow", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using AestheticFlow, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description

AestheticFlow is a cloud-based business management platform for salons, aesthetic clinics and wellness businesses ("Clients"). The Service includes:

  • Appointment management, online booking and branch routing
  • Point-of-sale, payments and receipt generation
  • Staff management, attendance tracking and role-based access
  • Client portal for booking history, receipts and reward claims
  • Product catalog, order management and courier dispatch tracking
  • Branded website publishing with services, deals and SEO controls
  • Multi-branch workspace management with isolated business data

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue features at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.

2. Account Registration

  • Accounts are created by AestheticFlow after onboarding verification.
  • You must provide accurate and complete business information during registration.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and any staff access keys.
  • You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
  • One account per business; duplicate accounts for the same legal entity are not permitted.
  • Each business account is fully isolated — you may not access or attempt to access another business's data.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You must use AestheticFlow only for lawful business purposes. Violations of this policy may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

3.1 Client Responsibilities

As a business using AestheticFlow, you are responsible for:

  • Ensuring all client data collected through the platform is obtained with appropriate consent.
  • Accurately representing your services, pricing and business policies to your clients.
  • Managing your staff permissions and ensuring users access only what their role permits.
  • Complying with applicable laws related to health, beauty and wellness services in your jurisdiction.
  • Maintaining accurate appointment, payment and dispatch records entered into the platform.

3.2 Client Data Obligations

  • You are the data controller for your clients' personal information.
  • You must obtain proper consent before collecting and storing client profiles, contact details and visit history.
  • You must honor client requests to access, correct or delete their personal data.
  • You must not use AestheticFlow to store data unrelated to your business operations.

3.3 Staff and Branch Access

  • Each staff user must be registered individually with accurate role assignment.
  • You must not share login credentials between multiple staff members.
  • Branch managers and staff may only access branches they are assigned to.
  • You are responsible for deactivating staff accounts when an employee leaves your business.

3.4 Prohibited Content and Actions

You must not use AestheticFlow to:

  • Store or transmit unlawful, harmful, fraudulent or deceptive content.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform, other accounts or our infrastructure.
  • Reverse engineer, copy, resell or redistribute the platform or its components.
  • Interfere with or disrupt platform servers, networks or other users' access.
  • Upload malicious code, scripts or files of any kind.
  • Impersonate another person, business or brand through the platform.
  • Use the client portal or website features to promote illegal goods or services.

4. Abuse Prevention and Account Suspension

We actively monitor for abuse and may take the following actions:

  • Warning — For first-time minor violations, we issue a warning with corrective guidance.
  • Feature restriction — Temporarily restrict access to specific features if misuse is detected.
  • Suspension — Immediately suspend accounts involved in fraud, data misuse or repeated violations.
  • Termination — Permanently terminate accounts that pose a risk to the platform, other businesses or their clients.

Suspended accounts may appeal within 7 days by emailing [email protected] with supporting information.

5. Subscription and Billing

  • Access to AestheticFlow is provided on a subscription basis, billed monthly or annually as selected at sign-up.
  • Fees are billed in advance at the start of each billing period.
  • By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method on file.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice to active subscribers.
  • Fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or where a platform error caused incorrect billing.
  • Failure to pay may result in account suspension. Access is restored upon payment of outstanding amounts.
  • Add-on features or additional branches may be billed separately as described at time of purchase.

6. Uptime and Support

  • We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
  • Scheduled maintenance will be communicated at least 24 hours in advance via email.
  • Support is available via email during business hours (Mon–Sat, 9 AM to 6 PM PKT).
  • Critical issues affecting live business operations will be prioritized regardless of business hours.
  • Enterprise clients with SLA agreements have separate support terms defined in their contract.

7. Your Data

You retain full ownership of all business and client data you enter into AestheticFlow. By using the platform, you grant us a limited license to store, process and display this data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

We do not claim ownership of your data and will not use it for our own commercial purposes. See our Privacy Policy for complete details on how we collect, store and protect data.

8. Intellectual Property

The AestheticFlow platform, including its code, design, branding and documentation, is the property of Infolifehub. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights in the platform itself.

  • You may use the platform solely as permitted under these Terms.
  • You retain ownership of your business content, service descriptions and uploaded media.
  • You must not use our name, logo or branding without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

AestheticFlow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted or free from security vulnerabilities.

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
  • We are not responsible for data loss caused by user error, misuse or third-party infrastructure failures.
  • Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding three months.
  • We are not responsible for the accuracy of business content, service descriptions or pricing published through the platform by clients.

10. Termination

  • You may request account closure at any time by emailing [email protected].
  • We may terminate your account for violation of these Terms without prior notice.
  • Upon termination, your access to the platform will end at the close of the current billing period.
  • Your data will be retained for a reasonable period following termination to allow export, after which it will be deleted per our Privacy Policy.
  • Fees paid for the current billing period are non-refundable upon voluntary cancellation.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to active clients at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of AestheticFlow after changes constitute acceptance of the updated Terms.
